VialView™ is a smart vial tray for compatible Pyxis™ Half-Height Cubie™ pockets that displays the current vial count directly on the tray.
VialView™ helps reduce manual vial counting by detecting occupied vial positions and showing a real-time count at the point of use.
It operates standalone with no networks, servers, scanners, software integrations, or IT configuration required.
Place the tray into the matching Cubie™ pocket and load with vials. Staff continue using the pocket in the normal medication count workflow.

No upfront hardware purchase. Pricing is per VialView™ tray.
Use VialView™ trays without purchasing the hardware up front.
Hardware failures are covered during the subscription.
Major hardware upgrades are included as VialView™ evolves.
If your Cubie™ configuration changes, you can exchange trays for the right VialView™ model.
Place the empty VialView™ tray into the matching Cubie™ pocket.
Place vials into the tray wells. A full 1x2 tray holds 21 vials; a full 1x3 tray holds 36 vials.
The high visibility display shows the current count on the tray.
Use the displayed count for the normal medication count workflow.
Recharge approximately twice yearly through a standard USB-C connection. Battery life varies with activity and configuration.
Currently supporting 1×2 and 1×3 Half-Height Cubie™ pocket configurations. Supports vials up to 17.5 mm diameter × 38 mm height.
Manual vial counts add up. Based on typical counting times and workflow assumptions, VialView™ has the potential to recover its cost through labor savings alone, before considering the additional value of fewer discrepancies and faster inventory workflows.
