The tray drops directly into the Pyxis™ Half-Height Cubie™ pocket. The e-paper display shows the current vial count, updated automatically as vials are removed or added. The nurse sees the count immediately, logs it, pulls the medication, and gets back to the patient.

Each tray position is automatically monitored with sensors that detect vial presence in real time. The e-paper display on the tray face updates immediately and continuously with no scanning or network connection required.
VialView™ is currently supporting Pyxis™ Half-Height Cubie™ pocket configurations in both 1×2 and 1×3 sizes. Additional configurations, including full-height 2×2 and 2×3 Cubie™ pocket trays, are currently in development. Contact us to discuss your medication storage needs or future configurations.
VialView™ trays are made from PETG, a durable, lightweight thermoplastic selected for strength, dimensional stability, and smooth cleanable surfaces. For routine cleaning, wipe the tray with a soft cloth or disposable wipe using a facility-approved disinfectant that is compatible with PETG, such as 70% isopropyl alcohol or 3-5% hydrogen peroxide. Follow your organization's infection-control protocols and the disinfectant manufacturer's contact-time instructions. Avoid abrasive scrubbing, do not autoclave or soak the tray, and avoid harsh solvents such as acetone or MEK unless specifically validated by your facility.
